Tara Hoskovec, FNP-C

Tara Hoskovec, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She practices in collaboration with orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Justin Dazley, providing comprehensive patient care in the clinic and serving as a first assist in the operating room. Tara holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management degree from Western Governors University, as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner from Herzing University. In her free time she loves traveling and spending time with her family.
